Sometimes a collection comes along that is SO lush, so happy and so dang usable that you just know that it has to be yours!
Zola is the newest collection out from the fine folks at Ink and Arrow fabrics. In fact this is from their brand spakin’ new Junebee division which you are going to be hearing a LOT about as they roll out some fabrics that will have you rushing to your LQS and begging them to take your money.
Great colors, dragon flies, sweet little snails, rain drops and a very sexy tone on tone print that will become a staple in your stash for sure!
I was SO excited to get my hands on this collection that I was totally at “sixes and sevens” about what to make since I KNEW i wanted to see some of this on the regular!
You see I have this little rule that when I create that it needs to solve a problem… you know, be useful. So as it happened the very day I got this fabric I was grocery shopping and had once again had my long loaves of french bread tumble out of my eco-shopping bags – such a bother! What I needed was an extra deep bag to hold such things as baguettes and bouquets of flowers {ooo la la!}
Thus was born the Zola Baguette bag. Click here download and print your very own pattern from myself and Ink and Arrow Fabrics!
We have a winner!!!!

Zola would make a beautif tuffet. Just love all the colors!
Oh my stars! I love these fresh colors !!!
I would make a really cute lap quilt to curl up in
Sooo pretty. It’s almost too pretty to use for a bag. Let’s be honest, Id keep this in my stash until I found the perfect project…. or just pet it for fun.

I’d make a bad ass quilt for the back of my sofa so my bad ass cat Murphy can lay on it.
I would probably make a bunch of reusable shopping bags. I LOVE patchwork ones.
I think a comfort quilt to send to the Quilts for the Grenfell Tower disaster would be nice. The prints are very garden-like to me.
I would make a quilt of course. Maybe the Swoon pattern, I’ve been wanting to make that one.
I need a bread bag for when I go pick up bread from my local bakery!
I’d make a lovely quilt that I would pass on to someone who is struggling with something and needs some comfort.

Love your tall tote, or maybe an apron.
I like to make quilts
Oh how pretty! After I let it sit as packaged front and center on my “favorites” shelf, I would make an entire bathroom ensemble for our guest bathroom. I’ve been searching for the perfect ensemble of beautiful colors, prints and solids for this project and this looks like it’d be it! Fingers crossed!!!
Oh I would pet it and stroke it and keep it happy for ever and ever! (Not really… but I would caress it before I cut it up to be my next masterpiece TBD…)
Luscious fabric indeed. My DIL would love some pillows made of this. She wants to create an Uzbekistani lunge room when she and my son return from biking the ‘Stans’.
What pretty goodies! And what a generous give away.
Thanks!
🙂 Linda
My Mom who will be 85 this year finally agreed to live in a Seniors Lodge and let someone else do the cooking. I think this fabric would be great to brighten her room and add a smile to her day.
I think it would make awesome project bags and I have just the quilt in mind. Thanks for the opportunity to win this awesomeness.
Love this fabric! My first thought is to use my FQ bundle for Pat Sloan’s sew-a-long “Grandmother’s Kitchen.” It looks like 40s and 50s to me.
I especially like those tone on tones…..I see an unusual curved log cabin as the future of this fabric.
I would mix these with neutrals for a log cabin.
These are beautiful! I think I would make a stack and shuffle type quilt with the fat quarters. With yardage, I can see some great little summer skirts.
I’ve got a baby quilt this would work wonders for
This collection would make a bright, happy quilt!
Beautiful prints! Perhaps a sundress for my toddler granddaughter
I will definitely pet it for awhile and than make a fabulous bag!
It would have to be something I see regularly, too…lap quilt I’m thinking…it’s beautiful!
Definitely a quilt for my daughter-in-law. 😁

I will make an aquarium wall hanging full of fishes and snails crabs etc
I would make bags to keep my Mah Jongg tiles in. The combinations of these fabrics would be stunning!
You have prettiest fabric. I’d love to make a summer frock and maybe a matching piece work embellished jacket. Soon many possibilities. Summertime quilt would also work.
