Yes it is true  August 1st 2013 the BadAss Quilters Society hit 4000 on Facebook!  We could not be more excited and that means it is time to party!!  And of course as with any great party there are gifts!!  Lots of gifts and they will be going to not one but two winners this time.  Yes TWO winners take it all!

How the Giveaway Works——————————————————————–
The giveaway opens today and to enter all you have to do is leave a comment on THIS POST ( comments left on other posts or on Facebook will not count towards entry into the giveaway)
You may leave only 1 comment. Duplicates will be removed from the entries before the Grand Prize Drawing. Please leave sufficient identifying information such as your full name and state so that there will be no mix ups!
The giveaway is open now through Friday the 9th of August at which time it will be closed out ( 10pm Eastern) At that point all entries will be checked, duplicates removed as well as any spam comments or trolling.Â
Saturday the 10th we will draw for our two winners. Winners will be announce here on the blog as well as on Facebook.
Winners have until 9 am Monday the 12th to respond. If the winner(s) do not respond by that time they are disqualified and a new winner(s) will be drawn.
Winners must contact me at maddie6@bellsouth.net to confirm their winning.  Confirmations will be by matched  comment  number, matching name and email address.Â
Winners are responsible for any applicable gift tax of their state or country.
All donations are promised on the basis that the companies that have pledged get them to BAQS in time for the prize awards shipment. We will do everything within our power to fulfil all of the listed prizes but BAQS is not to be held liable if certain prizes are not fulfilled by the pledging companies.Â

Well done !! Love seeing quilting evolve thru the years. Thanks for all you do to help our great craft reach more of a following. As for your language…my best tip for new quilters taking a class, take at least 1 roll of quarters sometimes 2 to class for the swear jar might even take a jar. I’m a 3 roll gal myself. 4000 says to me you must be doing something right. So don’t change a !@#$^& thing

I have been quilting since the 70s…when there really was no support and an incredible community like now…we were all re-discovering the art form…love quilting of all kinds, from English paper-piecing to traditional precise patterns, to art quilting, to using fabric as a dyed-markered “canvas”…Just one of many hoping to win…but as far as language…what quilter worth her/his salt has NOT uttered a few choice words at times?
I took a quilting class this week and made my first pieced quilt block. I have made some simple rag quilts in the past but would love to win all the amazing supples and products you have in your giveaway. Plus I love that you made it simple and not 5 bazillion hoops to jump through.
