Soon enough new sewing machines will be showing up under the tree of many good girl and boy and with it a variety of feet that most of them will never even use and that is a real shame.
Past the basic presser foot and the 1/4 quilt piecing foot there are a ton of feet just waiting to make you better at sewing and make your projects look more professional.
I have a small addiction to feet and the magic they can bring to projects, making fancy looking things easy as snapping on the right foot.

I must say I have a foot fetish as well! You are 100%right Maddie, it’s all in the feet. Makes an amateur look like a professional with a lot less reverse sewing. Take the time to play with your feet. You will find they will tickle your fancy with amazing results!
I use my edge stitch foot when I machine bind my quilts. Makes it look so much straighter and more precise! i’m off to check out the links…
