No Notions Round-Up would be complete without mentioning SOAK.
I have been a fan of SOAK products for a while now. I carried them at SPOOL and I use them at home almost daily. With sophisticated fragrances, gentle cleaning for my best quilts and garments as well as their fabric relaxing and ironing spray FLATTER I think you can say I am a serious part of the SOAK family.
Each of our winners this month with be getting a great selection of SOAK products of their own to try and fall in love with! You can find SOAK at the best quilt shops and of course online!

A lot of quilters are taking their products on the go! Sometimes “go” means on vacation or just while waiting when their kids or grandkids are at lessons or at the ball field. Missie Carpenter of Traditional Primitives has a really great product for just that… Her Portable Hexie Pressing Mat is just the right size work space on the go!
Missie also has a personally branded Freezer paper that has caught my eye… it is very thick and sturdy and I look forward to hearing back from one of our winners about how it has worked for them!
Ok… you all know what to do!.. Leave a comment and this time tell me if any of these notions are new to you and perhaps which ones are on your lust-list for the coming days!! We will pick the week 3 winner on Friday. All winner packages will be sent out at the end of the month with a variety of products from our sponsors. Winning in any one week does not guarantee you the products from that week but does get you a large box full of amazing notions goodness from our generous sponsors!!

All are new to me. You always have the most fun ideas and products.
I would love to wash the quilt my great grandmother started with Soak when I finally get it done!
Have not seen the hexie pressing mat. Looks like a great portable size. Flatter and Soak are awesome products!
I have so been wanting to try the SOAK products. I’m thrifty so winning this would be great. That pressing mat is so kick-ass. Thanks for the opportunity to win
Well, I guess I have been behind a door somewhere because I haven’t heard of any of these! I need some educating 😊
Some great notions! Some I have not heard of before!
I’ve heard great things about the Soak products. The pressing mat and deluxe freezer paper would also be handy for all of my appliqué projects.
Sure would like to give Soak products a try! They’ve been on my radar for some time.
I bought soak after watching you wash your tights, but never tried flatter. Absolutely hooked on soak! The heir mat is new to me, actually never made a genie, but it’s on my list!
hexie, dammit! Stupid autocorrect!
Never used any soak products. Love the hexie mat.
I have been wanting to try soak!! I’m on a trip see family, maybe a LQS has it!! I also can’t wait to try hexies… maybe a mat is the push I need!! 😘
I got a bottle of Soak wash to clean by bras. I can’t wait to use it. The Flatter looks awesome. I’ve been meaning to try the freezer paper I just haven’t gotten to it yet. Thanks for the opportunity Maddie!
I would love to try the Flatter Spray! I have used the soak and it was wonderful! The pressing mat is new to me! Love seeing all the new things!!

I just got a bottle of Flatter…and I am totally digging this product! Soak will get into my purchases NEXT!
Totally LUSTING (and drooling) over the Soak product line….
LOVE flatter! I have not tried Soak yet. But I’m sure it is great.
Have heard of using freezer paper before but never the heavy duty type you’ve turned us onto here. Going to have to give it a try.
I’m only familiar with the Soak products out of this post but have not used any of them yet. Have been wanting to try Soak for awhile so this would be so awesome!
I recently tried flatter. I like it. I am glad they had a non scented as I am sensitive to many fragrances.
That little hexie mat is sew adorable!!!
I have heard of Soak, but I have not seen it locally so I haven’t yet tried it. I am really anxious to try the freezer paper as I use it a lot for paper piecing and as stencils. Thanks for finding all of these wonderful goodies!
I like the pressing mat and love her website. Never heard of her before!! Would love to get Soaked, LOL, I mean try the Soak.
As always so much fun and informative!
SOAK is the product that I need most.
so excited about notions month!!!! All kinds of cool things!
I would love to try the Soak products
All are new to me, but I’d love to try them out!
Both of the products today are new to me.
I haven’t seen the hexie pressing mat! How cool is that?
I just bought a sampler package of Soak and Flatter last month, but I have not tried them yet. The hexie pressing mat would be easier to take to classes then the 12″ x 18″ one I lug around now.
I’ve seen them but haven’t yet used them. So I’m excited to learn more!
I have not heard of Soak products before but I will certainly look for them now. Thanks!
What great products!
Great time for giveaways as weather is better inclined to crafting lol as if that matters
Very clever! And, the hexie pressing mat is adorable! Why can’t I think of things like this?
I haven’t heard of Soak before. I have used Flatter though. Great product! I’m intrigued by the hexi pressing mat.
Love flatter! Have not tried soak but intend to!
Love the hexagon pressing mats.
I have not yet tried Flatter and hope to do so soon!
I’ve heard of Soak via your FB lives but I have never seen the pressing mat. I am intrigued!
That Soak stuff looks interesting. Don’t usually venture far from BIZ and Percil.
I’ve never seen that hexagon pressing mat before! Looks nifty!
I’ve heard of Soak, but not yet had the opportunity to try it. This is the first I’ve heard of the adorable pressing mat and freezer paper, so I’m going to have to look into those! Thanks for putting all of this info out there! ❤️
I don’t normally use starch when pressing. Always seems to end up flaky. I’ve been curious to try Flatter but the price has made me hesitant. A giveaway just might get me hooked though!
I never saw a hexie pressing board, that’s way cool.
I highly recommend Soak and Flatter too! The little individual packets of Soak are awesome to take on vacation for washing out clothes in the hotel sink. And Jacqueline is a lovely Canadian!
I have heard of Soak products, but had no idea there was such a wide variety of them with so many purposes! Any product with a great aroma gets me digging in my purse for money, so I need to look into these! Thanks for the roundup!
I use SOAK products every day – in my sewing room and for ironing clothing. Love the yummy scents. I had not seen either product by Traditional Primitives before. Love the travel size pressing mat and would definitely be interested in trying the freezer paper for applique.
I’ve never seen the pressing mat or the heavy duty freezer paper before. Will have to look in to them some more!
I just watched your video. How do I not know about these products? My favorite has to be the adjustable square. I hate having to tote so many squares around
