I know that as I have aged good lighting is no longer a luxury, it is a must! No matter if I am machine or hand sewing I need good light and my glasses to be able to see what I am doing! The people at Harbor-Sales have been so great as to send us two versions of their Vivilux lighting to give away! Yes lighting is a must nowadays. Just did a project with fusible and need something thinner.
Totally agree about the lighting. Need more and brighter lights once you pass a certain age. Be interested in trying the new fusible, also. Is it machine dryable also?

This fusible looks mahvelous! I must try it!! And the light!! I have so many lights around my sewing machine, they heat me out! Haha! I seriously will have to switch out to the LED bulbs!

Great giveaways!! I have tried many different lights on my machine…I would love to see if the ViviLux is better. Most aren’t bright enough or too cumbersome.

Wow a rechargeable light, I’m all in for that. As for barely there sounds great, I don’t like stiff applique fusible. Great stuff, fingers crossed!

I have like 3 lights shining on my domestic. Old eyes. Sigh. I almost never do fusible for the same reasons, too stiff. Must check out.

I read somewhere that we need twice as much light to see well at age 60 as we did at age 20. That lamp looks interesting.

there are so many different kinds of interfacing but I do love a thin as skin ironable product. And lighting. My biggest concern in my room, I need better lighting.
