Happy birthday day to me, happy birthday to me, Â I am doing a giveaway for my birthday!
As some of you know I  got an Instant Pot a couple of months ago and it has been love since first pressurizing!  This machine saves me so much time… it is an electric pressure cooker and  while it does just about everything that a slow cooker will do it does it 100 times faster. This is perfect for those of us who on the regular forget to actually plug in the crock pot!!
This machine is giving me more time in the sewing room and who can say no to that?
So here is the deal… today is my birthday but I am a go-big or go-home sort of girl so we will keep this giveaway open all week so that people can find it, leave a comment and get in on the fun!  We will draw for a winner on Friday the 27th at 9pm eastern over on the BAQS page on Facebook so make sure to not only LIKE it but the follow as well so you don’t miss hearing that you won!  All you need to do is leave a comment here telling me your favorite time saving dinner and you are in!
As always dear Speakeasy members, the secret handshake has gotten you in on even more good-stuff. You will also be having your own additional  private Instant Pot giveaway so that gets you double the chances to win! Plus continued access to my personal stash of tested Instant Pot recipes to make you look like you gave a damn but you actually spent more time sewing than cooking!

( For those doing the math there… yes I am actually giving away TWO Instant Pot’s for my birthday!)

Happy birthday, Maddie! My favorite easy recipe is Hamburger and Vegetables. Layer a pound of hamburger (add salt and pepper), chopped onions, diced potatoes, mixed vegetables, 4 to 6 slices of butter or margarine. It is definitely a family favorite!
My favorite time saving dish is smoked pork chops. Yum. But, an instant pot would be the ultimate time saver 🙂
Anything done in a crockpot!
My daughter tells me an instant pot would be so fun!! Happy birthday!!
any kind of stew or soup.
Happy happy day Maddie, miss seeing you when I get to Chattanooga,!. Meat balls and sauce my favorite thing to cook fast.
I tried to say Happy Bday and comment last night but it was seeming pretty recalcitrant. Happy Birthday anyway.
My favorite fast dinner tip is my hubby cooking!
Happy, happy day!
Happy Birthday! I’ve been looking at these for a while. They seem to be a way to save time for my sewing. Have been using a slow cooker, but these look so much faster. Thanks.
BBQ chicken cooked in the IP and then shredded. Easy and yummy!
Happy birthday ? My favorite easy dinner is stew in the crockpot.
Cooking Frozen chicken in the IP or slow cooker and then taking it out and throwing salsa and sour cream on it for tacos.
Happy birthday! With my crazy schedule, this would be amazing!
Love making cheesecake!
Sweet and sour chicken is my go to crockpot meal Everyone loves it so it’s a no brainer which is handy on days when I have no brain…ok , just about every day . Just found this site a little while ago and I freaking love it !!!!
Cereal!
Favorite time saving dinner – chili
Happy Birthday!
We enjoy chicken cooked with thousand island dressing mix in the slow cooker. Shred and have delicious sandwiches for dinner
Happy Birthday! My quick go to meal is sloppy joes. I just had spine and nerve surgery over Christmas so its something fast. They can eat it over salad, chips, buns etc. and its easy to talk them through how to make it
Happy birthday to you, Maddie! I don’t even know what an instant pot does or makes, so can’t really say what my favorite fast meal would be, but… since you are drawing on Friday, it would be cool to win it on MY birthday! Hope you’ve had a great birthday week!
Happy birthday!
My favorite recipe is Pasta e fagioli. Here’s the link

1/23 is my birthday too! Seems like that would be the perfect reason.
I have been thinking of getting one. Would love more sewing time.
I am so coveting this appliance! I’ve given each of my kids one but so far I’m without my own. Someone please call the waaahmbulance… Happy birthday and thanks for the opportunity!
My favorite time-saving dinner is letting hubby cook it. In my family, if we waited for me to cook something, we’d all starve. ?
My favorite time saving meal is hands down “breakfast for dinner!” Pancakes, waffles or French toast are always a big hit in my house!!
My Mom’s Sloppy Joes- they are quick, easy and delicious!
My favorite time-saver dinner is pasta, whether I am eating alone or cooking grown up mac and cheese for guests.
Spaghetti is my go to to meal, quick and easy!
My favorite time saving recipe is chuck roast in the crock pot. So easy, and when I get home from work the house smells delicious!
I don’t actually cook so my secret is to marry someone who loves to cook and you’ll never have to worry about dinner 😉
My favorite time saving dinner is usually black bean tacos. I like to keep beans in the freezer that I’ve already cooked from dry, so I just defrost and go.
Happy Birthday! We love pot roast and bet it would be even more fabulous if we could use your magical pot!!
Mine isn’t necessarily a time saver, but it’s easy. My kids love quiche, and when made with a pre-made crust it gives me 25 minutes in the sewing room once it’s in the oven!
Stew is my favorite!
We love breakfast for dinner. But I also like to double up when I’m cooking bigger meals and freeze the extra for a quick no hassle dinner later. Lasagna is a favorite for that.
My mom always made an incredible meat spaghetti sauce. I’d love to try it in InstaPot.
Kitchen sink soup, basically all the leftover veggies that need used up before the box is delivered and broth. Sometimes chicken and rice is added if the veggies are on the low side. And whatever spices you want. We have come up with some crazy concoctions.
Happy Birthday!!
My new favorite is Buffalo Chicken Chili. Happy Birthday and thanks for the giveaway!
easiest go to that never fails is Breakfast for dinner 🙂
Crock pot lasagne. You don’t even cook the noodles! Throwing it together takes minutes and while your sewing, you get to enjoy the wonderful aroma of cheese, garlic, tomatoes and onions wafting through the house. There’s also ample time for hubby and/or kids to throw together a salad and slice up some crusty French bread. Oh, how I’m lusting after an Instant Pot!
Happy birthday. I love 1-2-3 cake in a coffee mug when I want something sweet, but don’t want to take time to actually bake.
Broccoli Cheese Soup is my favorite, but Chili is a close second!
I HAVE SEEN EVERYONES POSTS ABOUT THESE INSTANT POTS, HOW MUCH FUN TO GET ONE AND TRY IT OUT..HaPpY BiRtHdAy
Happy Birthday! And thank you for the opportunity on YOUR day! 🙂 My mother recently told me about the instant pot and I can’t wait to wow my bf with its ease.
Happy Birthday, Maddie! My kids need for me to have an Instapot! They are quilt orphans!
Oh, yes yes yes! Happy Birthday sharing big time! With a husband just out of hip replacement surgery, our favorite meals are quick and easy…this would be a fabulous help. I would love love love one!
Egg scrambles with crispy potatoes. I love breakfast so much I served it for dinner at my wedding =)
Happy birthday!
Happy Birthday! You share it with my daughter!!!
