Happy birthday day to me, happy birthday to me, I am doing a giveaway for my birthday!
As some of you know I got an Instant Pot a couple of months ago and it has been love since first pressurizing! This machine saves me so much time… it is an electric pressure cooker and while it does just about everything that a slow cooker will do it does it 100 times faster. This is perfect for those of us who on the regular forget to actually plug in the crock pot!!
This machine is giving me more time in the sewing room and who can say no to that?
So here is the deal… today is my birthday but I am a go-big or go-home sort of girl so we will keep this giveaway open all week so that people can find it, leave a comment and get in on the fun! We will draw for a winner on Friday the 27th at 9pm eastern over on the BAQS page on Facebook so make sure to not only LIKE it but the follow as well so you don’t miss hearing that you won! All you need to do is leave a comment here telling me your favorite time saving dinner and you are in!
As always dear Speakeasy members, the secret handshake has gotten you in on even more good-stuff. You will also be having your own additional private Instant Pot giveaway so that gets you double the chances to win! Plus continued access to my personal stash of tested Instant Pot recipes to make you look like you gave a damn but you actually spent more time sewing than cooking!

( For those doing the math there… yes I am actually giving away TWO Instant Pot’s for my birthday!)

Happy Belated Birthday! This sounds great! My favorite is a quickie is pork roast, a good dry red wine, and a pack of onion soup mix. Pretty simple (but using a nicer red wine makes the difference), and pretty speedy.
Parm crusted salmon with veggies!
I’m disabled and my husband loves to put a pork roast in our old crock pot in the morning and then we can go out all day and play with our two dogs! When we return home, it’s supper time! Yum! Love shredded pork everything !
Happy birthday. Greaypt give away
It’s always chili in the crock pot or on occasion chicken something or other 🙂
i have been wanting one of these
Stew is the best
Fish & steamed veggies.
My crockpot is my lifesaver-pork tenderloin or pork shoulder, can of root beer-cook on low 8 hours, drain, shred the meat & pour in your favorite BBQ sauce-shredded pork sandwiches!
I love my crockpots! This would be incredible to try. I will put a solid frozen turkey breast in one crockpot and dried beans in my second crockpot. Get home from work and dinner is done!
My time saver is having my husband cook. He could do even more with one of these! Happy birthday!
Pulled pork – serve southern style with white bun and slaw and baked beans or texmex style on a flour tortilla with tomato lettuce sour cream cheese and salsa plus rice and charro beans. Serve like pot roast with potatoes and carrots. Eat it plain with a fork right out of the instant pot. Gotta get me one of those instant pots.
Would love to try an Instant Pot!!
Grilled cheese and Cream of Tomato Soup is my go to!!
My favorite time saving dinner is take-out! Lol. I really need an instant pot!

I’ve been wanting an Instant Pot! I double up some of my meals so that I have a second meal that I can pop in the freezer for a couple of weeks. Thanks for the giveaway!
I like to make polish sausage with green peppers , onions, tomatoes and apricot preserves.
Happy birthday to you!
Mac & cheese and hot dogs. Fastest one I can think of, unless you count cereal of course.
Woohoo! I think I need one!
It’s not fast, because it takes and hour to bake a sweet potato in the oven (I don’t have a microwave)! But top a baked sweet potato with heated black beans, and salsa, and you have a delicious and hearty vegetarian dinner!
I love to make veggy soup in my crock pot. I have always been a bit scared of pressure cooking, but you make it sound easy!
I would love to win this. Love quilting and love cooking. Thanks!
I think my forgetful mind needs an instapot instead of a slow cooker. I like teriyaki chicken with pineapple
Oh, I would love one of these in my kitchen! Our quick meal go-to is hamburgers and hot dogs on the outside grill. If it’s too cold out, they go on the Cuisinart grill inside. Happy Birthday!!!
Always looking for easy to make meals
Ooo. Fun!! HaPpY bIrThDaY!!!
Happy Birthday! I’ve been wanting one of these, I bet it makes wonderful corned beef.

Beans are a quick staple in an instant pot!
Chicken with spinach soup!
I love slow cooker soup, but mornings are not a good time for me to do prep. I’d love an Instantpot.
My favorite quick meal is crock pot BBQ pork loin. It’s great! Pork shoulder, Can of Dr Pepper, sliced onion. Cook 6 hours or soi in crock pot. Remove most of the liquid. Shred meat And put back INB the pot add BBQ sauce. My favorite BBQ is called Head Country. Enjoy
Happy… Happy… Birthday!
Instant Pot looks like fun.
I don’t have one of these but someday I hope! My old pressure cooker died after making amazing meals.
Anything beef!! Hubby is a meat & potatoes kind of guy! If I get a good quick meal into his tummy I’d be so happy! Right now the Crockpot is my best friend!
Well cooking for one is very challenging. So what I do will take a Sunday and cook lots of things and put in the freezer for lunches and dinners. This pot…..just might help in the endeavor! OH and HAPPY BIRTHDAY!
Happy Birthday “Bad Ass Girl”!
My tip is bake 10 – 12 potatoes on Sunday afternoon. My husband and I each eat one with dinner. Then I refrigerate the remainder. I slice and fry later in the week or simply reheat in the microwave and top with cheesy veggies. Thanks for the chance to win!
My favorite crock pot time saver is pop in a beef roast with potatoes and few other veggies for flavor. Then I have my cooking done for the week, starting with nice dinner then all kinds of left over meals-sandwiches, beef and gravy, fried potatoes and beef and last into beef and noodles
I love to put a whole chicken in with BBQ sauce. It is so easy and tastes wonderful.
I would love to try one of these! Happiest of birthdays to you!
