So, did you see the video and now you need some thread? Like you really, really need some thread? Well my darlings you have come to the right place! The holiday merrymakers at Fil-Tec -The home home of Bobbin Central are big-time supporters of BadAss Quilters Society and they are helping us say Happy Holidays to you in the merriest of ways!
The engineers at Bobbincentral.com have been working some very long hours on their new 60 weight Glide thread that is thin like a human hair and yet strong and up for the challenge of your more trying sewing, embroidery or quilting jobs. So if you are needing something thinner for fine lettering when it comes to embroidery, want to reduce the sometimes “thready” nature of backtracking in some quilting designs or just want a different look to your coverage this thread was engineered for that!
Glide 40wt. has been my go-to thread for a lot of years so having yet another option in the Glide family is very exciting! I encourage you to learn more about all the threads at Bobbincentral and then seek them out at your local sewing store since shopping local is what the cool kids do! You might want to check out the giveaways they have going on as well over on their Bobbin Central Facebook Page page…maybe you will win two times!
If you don’t have a local store that carries Glide might I suggest that you check out our BAQS Preferred Provider for Glide products Sparrow Quilt Studio and check out that sweet discount!!
or check the Store Locator on the Bobbin Central Website for a store near you!
In the meantime how about taking the chance on winning some thread? Leave a comment letting me know how merry and bright 20 cones of Glide 60wt. would make your holiday season and on December 22nd 23rd we will be drawing for a winner!!! The WINNER will be announced by live cast and will need to check in to claim their prize. So make sure to stop by the BadAss Quilter Facebook page to find out if you won!
To make EXTRA sure you see if you win, there is something you can do. Go to the BAQS FB page and make sure you LIKED it… and then where it says Following, click the drop down and click See First and All On… this will make sure you will see an alert if you are the winner!
Gook luck!!!
