The biker in my life is my best friend, lover, and confidant – My Husband! He rides a bad ass Harley as well as a bad ass GSXR! He loves to ride and I have yet to make him a bad ass biker quilt! I haven’t really seen fabric I like but this collection here I love and it would be perfect. Thanks for giving me a chance to win this awesome collection.
My husband and I and our son are bikers. We ride a BMW K1300 GT, a Honda Magna, and a Kawasaki for the boy. Our household would LOVE a quilt using those motorcycle fabrics from QT Fabrics. Thank you! ,🙂
My brother and his wife are both bikers they would fight each other over a quilt made from this fabric? 😂
My husband and I used to be “bikers”…. loved our Harley’s ….but then we started our business and never had time so we ended up selling them. Now my nephew is the “biker” in the family and is a bike mechanic which he does for a living. He is actually the only one without a quilt so this would be perfect !!!
I would make a quilt for my cousin Jim and his wife Kim. They love to ride with friends and go to lots of fun places. A couple years ago my cousin had a stroke but, recovered remarkably and can still ride. This year Kim has had knee and shoulder surgeries so no fun for her yet. I know they would get lots of use from a quilt.
Head out on the highway!! Born to be wild!! Easy Rider, nick nick do a shot of tequila with me!! Haha great times!! Bikers have been in my life for so long. Started with my Dad and police dept than my late hubby.
Thanks for a chance to win!! You rock!!
The biker in my life is my dad. He is battling lung cancer that is a result of Agent Orange in Vietnam. I would love to make a quilt with this material to comfort him through his treatments.
My daughter is the biker in this family. She loves anything motorcycle and goes to a lot of the big gatherings they have.
The biker in my life is myself. I love to sew.
Ron, an ex-boyfriend, still owns a chopper, still good friends. He certainly deserves a quilt and would appreciate the bikes!
I am a biker chick and a badass quilter. Love the fabric!
I know the perfect person to make a quilt with this fabric for
I’d really, really love this collection to make my good friend Bruce a quilt. Bruce is my husband’s best friend and one of my favorite people in the universe. Bruce builds and paints custom motorcycles and classic cars. They are works of art. Bruce doesn’t like gifts… he only likes gifts that are made or found. I really love that about him. The first time I met Bruce was only a couple months after I met my husband. He took me to my first classic car show and wanted me to meet his best friend. At first glance I was surprised. Bruce looks like he might play with ZZ Top. Long hair in a ponytail, long beard, lots of leather, lots of ink: it wasn’t who I expected to meet as my (business suit wearing) husband’s bestie. But ten minutes later I was HOOKED. This man is funny, truly kind, generous and one of the most unique men I’ve ever has the pleasure to meet. It was a good “do not judge a book by its cover” moment.
Here’s the kicker, about two years ago he was diagnosed with cancer. His attitude is amazing… no matter what’s happening he’s got a positive outlook. He is on a pretty tough cycle. His cancer is incurable but he’s been able to keep it at bay with chemo treatments. Then he goes into a type of remission for awhile until the tumors begin to grow again, then it begins again.
I sooo want to make him a quilt. My husband and I have been talking about it for months and we’ve been looking for ideas and fabric but just haven’t found the right feel. THIS COLLECTION IS PERFECT for Bruce! I’d really love an opportunity to use it for him!
Niece Kathy and her hubby Steve are the bikers in my life followed closely by their son Alex. They love bikes and love my quilts!
My friend of 5+ years, Josh. He’s just moved to Omaha and it’s freezing cold there in the winter and a nice warm blanket would probably make his coal black heart grow three sizes. That and he’s got two very large dogs that usually kick him out of bed, so he’s usually in a recliner chair and a quilt would help make it more comfortable.
Heading out in a week for our annual week long vacation on our bikes. 6 couples heading to Wyoming from North Dakota this year. My hubby is my biker for life.
The biker in my life is Fred. I only met him because he came in carrying a helmet. But my Friend, Barb comes a close second! Love the fabrics!
The biker in my life is my dear friend Julie Reeves. Or as she goes by Jules Friken Reeves. She is the most caring giving peron I have ever known in my 60 years of life. She has been a biker before she could drive as she rode with her dad as a child. She has done a ton of volunteering for the veterans and is active in her church. Her dad is a Vietnam vet and does a benfit each year and Julie does all the paper work, printing, sells raffle tickets, get prize donations, from start to finish she is at his side working on the benefit. They then bring the money made to the Vets memorial in WI. They have given so much of their time and effort that the memorial has a bench with her dad’s name on it in the park there. Julie rides herbike to work everyday that she can. She just told me that she has had her bike for 20 years! Iwould love to have this fabric for her! Thank you!!
The biker in my life is my Uncle Lindell. He is recovering from bladder cancer right now. This fabric would make a great quilt under which to recuperate
I’m a Badass Biker girl…at least I feel like it when I ride. Look like a soccer mom on a bike 😀
I’d love some of this great fabric to make a quilt for me.
My friends are the bikers or were he got hurt so they are selling theirs. This would be a good comfort replacement.
I m the biker-quilter-bicyclist-exercise afficienado in my life!! I’ve done several T-shirt quilts out of biker shirts to donate to fundraising stuff( mostly motorcycle rights)…….
I work with a group that makes quilts for cancer patients, and finding the “guy” fabrics is always the hardest thing. The men love cars, bikes, beer and girls (of course), so this would make some great quilts for a few of them.
The biker in my life is my grandson. He loves bikes/motorcycles.
My son Michael is the Biker. He definitely needs a quilt but I haven’t found the right fabric until now.
My hubby and I ride. Best thing next to quilting.
I LOVE THIS FABRIC! I must have!
My cousin Mark took me for a ride on his cycle when he was in college and I was a teenager. Now that he’s retired and I’m yearning to retire and quilt more, there’s still room for bikers in our lives.
Through Quilts of Valor, I’ve met a number of veterans who are also bikers. What fun it would be to put these fabrics into Quilts of Valor for some of these guys!
My biker in my life is my Husband and best friend Dave. He and I ride whenever he can get me away from my quilting friends.
My biker is my husband Tom. He would love a quilt made from this fabric!! Thanks for the chance to win.
My husband drives and I ride!! Wonderful times together. We are headed to Yellowstone soon!! A new quilt is always needed!!
The biker in my life is my best friends husband and my plumber. I just found a cool pattern for a Harley and it’d work perfect for it.
I have a few members in my family who bike. I give my quilts to those I love so hopefully they’d feel that love. I’d love to play with this fabric and make something special.
The biker in my life is my younger brother. He hasn’t received a quilt from me yet and these fabrics would be a perfect inscentive to get it started 😊
Love this fabric! My husband and I are BAD ASS bikers but the poor guy needs a quilt. I make them for everyone else and he’s patiently waiting for his. And he’s a huge supporter of quilting, which is spanktacular!
My adult son and he would absolutely love this
Fantastic material would not only be fun to work with but matches his life perfectly
Love it
My boss is a biker and I think SHE would love it!
My oldest brother has been a biker for years… saved hundreds of HD t shirts and then donated many of them to quilters to make into t shirt quilts for vets. My son keeps saying he’s going to get a bike ‘some day’- I have some motorcycle fabric to put into a quilt for him, but there’s not enough – yet :).
I don’t have a biker in my life but I love the fab! My biker is self propelled and bikes 50+ mi an outing
I like the way it all co-ordinates. There are several bikers in my family, so it might be hard to choose
Love that the company is employee owned
My husband is the biker in my life. He always has and always will love his bikes. Unfortunately he can no longer ride as he has chronic rheumatoid arthritis which is not responding to treatment. Some days he can’t even get out of bed. He is only 57.
My hubby and I both are bikers. 🙂 I finally gave up my 2 wheels and now ride with him. I would make a quilt for him but I think he would share. LOL!
I have a cousin that is in his 60’s and several years ago he asked if I could make him a biker quilt. At that time I checked out all the biker fabrics and didn’t like any of them. And all of a sudden your post showed up on my page! Robin has biked since he was a kid. Now he takes care of his mother, my Aunt Ann. He has his work cut out for him for she has Alzheimer’s. Recently, Robin has lost a toe due to diabetes but it has not stopped him from riding for it is truly his lifetime passion. I have turned my big sister on to quilting and if I could win this fabric, she and I would love ❤️ to make him that quilt. I know he would SEW love it because he is a BADASS biker for Life!
i have 2 friends at work who have bikes….. neither quilt, but do have quilting friends. and my daughter reminded me my husband used to have one —- in high school in the 70s. and keeps saying he’d like another….!
My biker is my husband and has been since he was a teenager and he is 68 yrs. old so he is really been there done that as far as biking. Now he is a Christian biker who would love a new quilt to keep his old soul warm.
This would make a very fun quilt. “Man” fabrics are harder to find and these would be perfect.
I have several biker friends and of course they need a quilt! Who doesn’t? I also need a new project. I love this collection
The biker in my life is my brother. He loves motorcycles so much that 2 of his 3 kids raced motocross professionally AND he named his first son Harley!
The biker in my life is my friend Marti. She loves to ride in Colorado where she lives, and I get to see all the places she goes. It would be so fun to give her a quilt made out of this.
