There are few things I love more than having such talented friends and one of mine is Bari J. Ackerman.  This girl is a kick-ass fabric and pattern designer and I always feel lucky when I get to work with her fabric or quilt for her.

Her newest fabric line getting ready to hit the stores is Bijoux and I can’t wait to get my greedy little hands on it!

In the meantime she has created an amazing set of  printables using the Bijoux patterns that she is call the Spring Cleaning set. It is all about getting organized this spring!

I have put my own twist on that and I am going to be using the Bijoux Printables Collection to organize my quilting –  both for  magazine and vendor projects and show quilts. There is SO much to keep track of, dates, submission deadlines and more that it is too much to keep on my family calender so yes I have branched off into a second calender to keep it all organized. Busy is a good thing- right??

Sure I could have used the  free calender from my local bank but honestly this is just so much prettier and more flexible..and really why do banks always do calenders with vintage cars on them.. why not sewing and quilting?  Pretty matters folks and I am willing to pay for it!

With a weekly, a monthly and a prioritized To-do page I can put together a custom binder with nothing more than my favorite printer specialty paper Neenah Classic Linen Weave Paper ( yes  it makes a lovely difference- I dare you not to love it!) and my printer.  Since this is a digital product I can print as many as I need for as long as I need- sweet!

HINT- if you happen to be a blogger who is looking to keep your shizzle organized these are also great for that!

And if you happen to be a fan of Bari’s  previous collection LillyBelle you are also in luck she has that as a printable collection as well!  ( I still have a mad crush on this collection so might have to use these as well!)

So there you go.. that is how I am getting my act together.. how about you?  What do you do to keep your quilting or sewing details from becoming a nightmare?
