Saturday we say goodbye to SPOOL – the physical store (do look for another week online very soon, at KICK ASS PRICES!) and we thought it would be fun to giveaway some fabric as a way of saying thank you for all of your support over the last three years.
We are so very excited about the expanded direction we will be taking BAQS and we will have more on that later. For now, just know that there is some really cool stuff coming including weekly giveaways, livecasts, video interviews with the people you want to know and more. Until then… let’s have some fun and give away two boxes stuffed with fabric!
One box is filled with amazing “SPOOL- Style” batiks… bright, colorful, embodying everything SPOOL was about.
The other is filled with a variety of quilting cottons that I am sure will make you smile for days after opening it.
Each box is 15 yards of fabric plus some fun BAQS swag!

I love both sets … can always use the cottons! Hate that the “shop” is closing but looking towards the future is always exciting. Tutorials, on line classes, retreats, mini challenges, road trips …. anything that would keep your creativity moving …. I believe that you and your team will persevere.

I love the mixed cotton prints- I would use them to make cheerful things for my house. We’re having a rough time here and some bright table runners and things for the kitchen would make my heart happy.

I first have to say how sad I am to see The Spool close but understand and will always remember how sweet you were when I came in with my walker and oxygen. I felt really special and love being a Bad Ass Quilter! How many people run around with a sticker on their walker? As for the fabric I love both but will pick the variety pick! Thank you!

I LOVE ❤️ the Cottons – so many awesome fabrics there to do amazing quilts and cute dresses for my little grands!!
Tutorials and online classes on some of the basics and new techniques to challenge us!! Also ongoing encouragement for quilters who may feel their work is not up to “quilt show” standards so that they don’t get discouraged and not show their beautiful creations filled with love!!!
