It is so freaking exciting to spot our BAQS bag out in “the wild” and I appreciate each of you who takes the time to send me a photo when you see any of our swag out and about!
Our bags are really getting around!
With all that getting around life happens and bags get dirty and need a bit of cleaning.
I suggest a gentle cold water wash and air dry for the bag if need be, but the best thing you can do for your bag is stain treat it BEFORE it gets dirty!
Waterproofing your bag will go one hell of a long way towards keeping it clean and bright and ready for your next foray out into our big BadAss world.
You all know how to do this, but did you know that the most important thing you can do is to do the INSIDE of the bag as well? Yes, we tend to forget but sweaty water bottles in contact with ink on paper, lipgloss that gets uncapped or heaven-forbid and melted candy bars are not the problems they could be if you treat the INSIDE of the bag first! ( you can thank me later!)
The last batch of bags for the season are in stock now, so if you need one best get your hustle on!…and while you are waiting for it go buy a can of waterproofing and be ready!

Getting ready to order my bag now! Just thinking…..wouldn’t it be easier to turn the bag inside out to spray the inside then after it drys turn in to the inside again. Sounds easier than trying to spray it like the picture shows. That way you can get all the surfaces better!!
I have my bag but didn’t think about waterproofing it. It’s getting ready to accompany me to a quilting retreat on Star Island, 6 miles of the coast of New Hampshire. The accommodations we like going to summer camp, so waterproofing will definitely be beneficial. Thanks Maddie!
Why did I never think of spraying the insides of bags before? Thanks, Maddie for this clever (badass) tip.
Ha! I did the outside. Didn’t even think about the inside. You’re right though! Awesome idea!
