On some subjects we have different opinions here at BAQS and we can argue all day about the hot button topics of our time. Pressing to the side ~vs~ pressing open. Poly or cotton thread or of course the holy grail topic of pre-washing or not. There are not always clear answers.
But on one topic the answer is very clear ~ Love Always Wins~ at BadAss Quilters Society and we will never back down or hide from defending the rights of any human to love who they love.

Oh crap, crying at work again! Thank you for this. I’ve just finished piecing a double wedding ring for my mom, who for all the quilts she has made has never to my knowledge received one herself. She stood by her man, my dad for 63 years until the end. I’ve been standing by my man for 24 years, and intending to follow mom’s example. Thanks for making me feel welcome.
