The Tale of Three T-Shirts - BadAss Quilters Society

It has been so fun having new BadAss t-shirts in stock and one of the most common question is about fit! With that in mind I offer up the following.

I personally own 3 of the short sleeve shirts in 3 different sizes… since well, because I can. But what it can help you with is deciding which fit and look it right for you.

I am a curvy girl. I weight 184 pounds and my bust measures as 48 inches when wearing my favorite bra. In these three shots I am wearing the Extra Large, the Double (XX) Large and the Triple (XXX) Large all to different effect.

I wear the XL when I am planning on tucking in and want to wear something fitted.

I wear the XXL when I just want to wear a causal t-shirt, mostly untucked

I wear the XXXL when I want something slouchy and I want to style it ( notice I tie a little knot to pull in the excess at the bottom)

The shirts are available in sizes Medium- 4XL so I think we have sizes that will be a fit for just about everyone depending on how you like to wear your shirt.

I thought I posted this yesterday but alas, it’s not here. 😫
Could you please give me the side to side measurements on a large and extra large (arm pit to arm pit). I’m wanting to buy two but not sure what sizes.

Thank you for that! Size stress had me hesitating. Quick question: in your experience do these shrink a great deal? A little? Not at all?

I have been cold water washing and line drying since my boys will kill anything that goes in the dryer when they do the wash… so far they have stayed true but I would assume that would shrink some if dried.

Love that your shirts are not crew necks. They just don’t fit well on girls with curves!

Although I must admit my boobs do have a tendency to get in the way sometimes. Maybe we should have a “Curvy Girl Day”.

I have the xxl and love it! I wear a F cup so the boob factor is always an issue,. But the xxl has the right amount of give to be a great fitted t-shirt!!
