Everyone has there own style.. and some have style to spare!
Yesterday I wrote about the whole feather issue and I promised a bit of footage about how I go about making my personal feathers since like most people’s they are distinctive.
Mine are big, somewhat over-blown, far from perfect but hard to miss, much like a drag-queen.
They are me, if I was a guy, who liked to dress like a sluty girl- with me so far?
So with that in mind I give you – How I make my Drag-Queen feathers.
Please forgive the audio quality. I still sound funny from my cold and the audio did not pick up as well as I wanted. I promise to get better at this.
Oh, and another note, this video stuff be hard! So if the amateur video has left you craving something of true quality with actual video standards I still highly suggest the Craftsy class on feathers with Angela Walters.

Loved the video! I’m just learning feathers and absorb all this great information into my being!
Great video. Very helpful. Thank you.
All together now queens! Arc AND pearl, and whirl AND bump. Again!
Three snaps in a “Z” formation! Snap * Snap * Snap? Love it! Orunj Peale, great drag name, too.
Thank you! Thank you! Someone else makes feathers the way I do! I thought maybe I was doing it “wrong”. I thoroughly enjoyed the video and appreciate the time and trouble you took to provide it.
These are great! Thanks for the tutorial! My drag queen friend will be so honored….
Sure wish we lived closer to each other, ladycakes, you sure do make me smile!
grins!
