If you were not able to get one of the limited edition skully packs this time or just did not have time to play along… don’t worry ~ Winter is coming ~ and so is another challenge! ( Yeah that was a hint 🙂 Keep WATCH…

I just came across your blog thru a pin … guess where? My question: how can we see ALL the entries in the B&W Skully challenge? Same for the Row by Row 2015 experience. There is no chance that I can view them in person … And there can be so much inspiration and knowledge , never mind eye candy, in simply SEEING (even thru only a photograph) what artists all around the country/world design and sew. Thank you for considering my request.
Congratulations!! I loved the challenge and thought all the entries were fantastic. I can’t wait to do it again!!!
The challenge was a blast and I thought everyone did fantastic. I can’t wait. I’m ready to give it another try!! 🙂
Yay!!!! I’m so happy! This quilt was a joint effort between myself and my niece, Michelle Winter. We are both so excited to see this win!! thank you Maddie very much for the opportunity, it was fun and challenging. And a big shout out to AmyLyn Bihrle for permission to post, as this quilt is based on her spectacular art “Watchful Eye of the Cemetery Warden”.
I don’t know what the fascination with skulls is, but I just can’t get my head wrapped around it. When I see skulls, I see dead people……
Sandi, For my part I love the art of them. Also, Skulls and bones are our base. Not one of us look different, it strips away all the things that keep us away from each other and .. there are no barriers when we each know we are made from the same.
Wow! Just skullrific!
Congratulations!! Well deserved. That quilt is stunning! Congratulations to all the people who entered. It was a fun challenge to be a part of!!
Congratulations to the winner! The entries were AMAZING and everyone should be super proud! Thanks for sharing your talent with all of us! And thanks to Spool for bringing such a terrific contest to us all!
Congratulations ladies!
That was my choice for winner too – but I agree with Dee – they were all amazing… Can’t wait for the next challenge … who knows, maybe i will play along next time if I’m done moving by then. Kudos to all who participated for your wonderful quilts!
