So a few weeks ago I showed off what a total disaster my studio area is… and I can’t say that it has gotten any better given the birth of my itty-bitty new grandbaby as well as work time and other general life shenanigans. But that doesn’t mean I have not been dreaming and scheming about how I want my space to function and feel.

I am using my Pinterest board to make the most of what I want, collecting images, projects and dream rooms to use as a springboard to my own happy place.

What most people might be surprised about is the the fact that I am VERY girly. I love pink and blue and vintage. I love quirky, old metal and salvaged treasures. I collect vintage valentines, little Golden Books as well as pretty bits and bobs of all sorts. A minimalist when it comes to sewing and crafting I am not! This means I need a lot of storage and am not above stopping mid street to pick up a cool old dresser or dumpster diving for an amazing find if need be. Did I also mention I am sort of frugal?

In any case as I make progress i will be capturing it here on the blog.

If you would like to follow along with the adventure join me in any of these places. I would love to have you along for the ride!

So tell me, is a sewing room re-do in your future and if so what challenges are you encountering to make it happen?
