As promised I am taking some days to give you some freakishly easy projects that make great gifts that can come directly from your stash! ( in my award for iffy accounting I call these FREE projects)
Today we are talking some sexy stuff – shoe bags! Just hold on and don’t bail on me. Shoe bags are actually really useful and a great place to use novelty fabric that makes you or the person you are giving a gift to smile each time they use them. Today I chose this wickedly cool skully toile but do think that the Minions would make my husband smile and that Flaun would would groove on the Star Wars or Wonder Woman fabric for sure. 
There are a whole bunch of ways to make shoe bags and these are a few of my favorite tutorials.
Of course no matter how you do them this little trick to make the pull strings magic always pleases! Be warned, it does seem I popped off with the F-word in this video and was fast and loose with the word bodkin as well – you have been warned.
